About me

When I was expecting my first child in 2013, the workplace looked very different. The rigid 9-to-5 office culture left little room for flexibility, and I quickly realized that if I wanted to build a career on my own terms—while being fully present for my family—I needed to forge my own path. So after my maternity leave, I made the leap into freelancing, offering content, PR, and social media services to clients.

As demand grew, so did my vision. By the time I was expecting my second child, I had built a strong client base and assembled a talented team of freelancers to support me. That’s when Glance Marketing was officially born—a business rooted in flexibility, balance, and real impact.

Now, over a decade later, I’ve expanded my role beyond agency leadership to offer fractional marketing leadership services for companies needing a strategic, results-driven marketing executive without the overhead of a full-time hire. Whether stepping in as a Fractional VP of Marketing, developing go-to-market strategies, or overseeing demand generation, I help businesses grow in a way that’s agile, scalable, and cost-effective.

A Purpose-Driven Approach to Marketing

For me, marketing isn’t just about driving growth—it’s about building relationships, solving real business challenges, and making a meaningful impact. I work closely with founders, CEOs, and executive teams, immersing myself in their business, asking the right questions, and anticipating needs before they arise.

I take pride in providing leadership that’s proactive, strategic, and adaptable. Whether you need a seasoned executive to build, optimize, or scale your marketing function, I bring the expertise and clarity to help you achieve your goals—without the full-time commitment
